Staff Software Engineer, Data and Partner Platform

We are looking for a full-stack Staff Software Engineer to join our Data and Partner Platform team (DAP) and help shape the future of energy technology. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of deep technical craft and broad organizational impact - driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and building systems that are reliable, scalable, and grounded in the realities of the energy industry. You will be a key technical voice across engineering and a trusted partner to product, operations, and business teams alike.
The Data and Partner Platform team manages partner integrations, data translation, and our Snowflake account. We work closely with most teams across the organization and drive critical platform engineering that runs core business functionality. The team is driven, diverse, and wildly talented. We are driving foundational improvements that improve our agility and speed while maintaining legacy systems.
