Industrial Services Supervisor

About the Role

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to lead our Gladstone team, supporting maintenance, shutdowns and industrial services projects across the region.

This hands-on role involves supervising high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) and industrial cleaning operations, coordinating resources and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·         Supervise and coordinate Industrial Services crews across client sites.

·         Plan daily activities, allocate labour, equipment and resources.

·         Oversee HPWJ and industrial cleaning operations.

·         Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, risk assessments and permit compliance.

·         Monitor job progress, productivity and equipment performance.

·         Manage timesheets, daily reports and project documentation.

·         Liaise with clients and Project Management on work progress and scope changes.
