The role:
EnerMech is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Gladstone. This is a full time position suited to a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
You will carry out and lead fitting, welding, assembly, and installation works both on project sites and within our workshop. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and communication while working closely with workshop and project managers, trades personnel, and QHSE representatives.
- Perform general fitting, machining, and fabrication work (site & workshop).
- Carry out on-site removal and installation of mechanical components.
- Execute general shutdown mechanical duties and maintenance on fixed plant equipment.
- Conduct flange management and mechanical assembly work.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
