Senior Contracts Specialist

We are looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Specialist who will be based at our offices in Mumbai. This role will report to the Contracts Manager in the UK and will support various regions including Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

The role

• The Senior Contracts Specialist role is primarily responsible for leading the reviewing and coordinating of responses to client contractual agreements.

• Ensure that the business risks are reduced to a minimum and that the company contracting principles are upheld.

• Supporting the relevant regions, alongside regional leadership and Corporate in the review, risk analysis and implementation of a range of material agreements.
  

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

• Develops Tender Strategies in accordance with company processes and procedures.
• Drive contractual support in various international regions
• Helps maintain a forward plan for forthcoming contract
