Senior Technician

EnerMech is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Senior Technician to join our Lifting Solutions team in Trinidad & Tobago. This position is responsible for the inspection, servicing, repair, and testing of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

The successful candidate will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, supporting the development of workshop capabilities and promoting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the inspection, servicing, repair, and testing of workshop equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain workshop equipment and ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and in good order.
• Complete assigned work scopes within established timeframes and communicate any issues that may impact delivery.
• Work collaboratively with workshop personnel and other departments to support operational requirements.
• Uphold company standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
