We are looking for Billing & Metering Specialist to deal with a range of utility-related issues like meter readings management, issuance of energy invoices, and billing-related reporting and be involved in regular communication with customer 1st level support, partner agencies, and network operators.
What will you do:
- Execute regular and ad hoc customer billing printing and delivery (both for EL & NG), perform sample checks (billing controls) on the correctness of the issued invoices to ensure that all customers are billed and the invoices are issued correctly and maintain a record of checked and confirmed printed bills
- Participate with an active role in the Billing Cycles Management process (both EL & NG) by updating the billing system with all necessary commissioning specifications
