We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, measurement, and continuous improvement of digital acquisition activities across multiple channels. The role acts as the team's Performance Marketing SME, ensuring effective collaboration with agency partners, data-driven decision making, and measurable business outcomes.

What will you do:

• Support execution and continuous optimization (testing and experimentation) of performance marketing plans across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels, aligned with business objectives and acquisition targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external media and performance marketing agencies; monitor agency performance against agreed KPIs and ensure accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition
