About the role:
Join Enova’s Legal Team as an Assistant General Counsel, Transactional Law/Contracts, a high-impact role where you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner across our global operations in the US, Brazil, and Mexico. You’ll get broad exposure to, and an opportunity to take ownership of, a high-volume, tech-forward practice. You will build expertise in financial services, collaborate directly with executive stakeholders, and help shape the legal framework that enables Enova’s business velocity. We are looking for a nimble, business-savvy attorney who thrives on solving complex problems and is eager to champion innovation within the legal function. This role reports to the Senior Associate General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Contract Leadership: Review, draft, and negotiate a sophisticated range of commercial, financial services, and technology related contracts—including strategic partnerships, intercompany services, vendors and licensing, professional services, and NDAs
