Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Strategic Delivery

• • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Expert/Senior Observability Engineers and SREs.
  • Define and execute the enterprise observability roadmap, transitioning the organization to modern platforms (IBM Instana, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  • Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, cloud consumption costs, and department budgets.
