Your Impact

This role will strengthen the front end of our recruitment process by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted talent pipelines and deliver high-quality, pre-vetted shortlists.

With a strong focus on technology sourcing, you’ll bring specialist expertise in identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent across areas such as software engineering, data and analytics, product, cyber security and infrastructure.

You’ll use a combination of market knowledge, technology and human-centred decision-making to deliver an excellent candidate experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how AI can improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of recruitment while maintaining a thoughtful and personal approach.
