• Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
• Salary Range: € 95.000 - 135.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
• Office-first work setup
• Language Requirement: C1 Level English

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and long-term architectural strategy for our optimization platform end-to-end, across dimensions such as data ingestion and processing, optimization logic implementation, battery control, automated power trading, accounting and settlement
• Lead complex, cross-system initiatives that span multiple teams and engineering domains, owning design decisions that have organization-wide impact
• Act as a force multiplier: mentor senior and junior engineers alike, elevate the engineering capabilities of the broader team, and establish patterns that scale beyond your immediate projects
• Define, evangelize, and enforce engineering best practices across teams; lead technical design reviews and coach engine
