Description

Enva’s Industrial Services, Water and Organics division provides a range of expert services to industry and municipalities across Ireland. We solve complex decommissioning, surveying and inspections, industrial cleaning and decontamination problems for our customers in industries such as Construction, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Services using the latest technologies, equipment and fleet, highly trained personnel and expert project management.


Our services are designed to minimise downtime and business disruption whilst protecting against health, safety and environmental issues. Tailored to the individual needs of our large customer base and the specifics of the site, we provide clear operating plans and carefully risk assess every project



Key Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, expanded and new contracts, Enva have an extremely exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Engineer to join our Industrial Services team

• Ensure the effective and efficient management of projects making sure that the proposed plan is adhered to timeline, budget and scope. 
• Managing systems to record the quality of work completed, testing, workmanship, and materials.
• Provide Engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries answered
• Ensure effective program management inclusive of subcontractor’s installation targets to specific programs. 
• Produce, track & review quality control of project reports to contracts manager
• Generation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and ensure that crews follow and maintain Enva safety standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying primary degree or related qualification minimum level 7  
• Demonstrable experience with a minimum of 3-5 years’ site works, delivery of projects, management of crews and management of Safety
• Experience or knowledge of drainage surveying, asset surveying and testing and repair services
• Sector specific experience in the surveying or drainage services is advantageous
• Good report writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• To act courteously and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, Enva personnel and other personnel encountered within your role
• To foster and develop good customer and public relations at all times and to portray a professional image of the company
• To report for work in a timely manner and to conduct work as scheduled to company and customer satisfaction
• To work within the instructions and procedures of the Company’s systems as directed by your Manager or other management as appropriate
• To conduct all duties in a constructive and productive manner aligned to the interests of the company and management 
• To act diligently and professionally in the interests of the Company
• To demonstrate a willingness to promote the positive development of the business to all stakeholders of the business including customers but also extending to staff, contractors, EPA, HSA etc.
• To demonstrate the company values at all times , i.e. Flexibility, Action, Customer Driven and Trust
