Customer Due Diligence Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Due Diligence Manager for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!

THE ROLE

Every customer relationship starts with a question: who are they, really, and how much risk do they bring in with them. You own the answer. You lead the team that rates, reviews, and escalates that risk, and you're the one who signs off when a high-risk customer or a material CDD decision needs a second set of eyes. Get it right, and the bank knows exactly who it's banking with, before anything goes wrong.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the CDD team, including work allocation, performance management, and staff development
• Maintain the CDD framework, including customer risk rating, Beneficial Owner and PEP controls
• Oversee high-risk customers, EDD, and source of funds/source of wealth reviews where required
• Provide oversight of high-risk customer acceptance and material CDD/EDD decisions
• Oversee periodic and trigger-based reviews, customer financial crime risk reassessment, and CDD remediation
• Assess customer and geographic risk, including relevant FATF-identified jurisdictions and higher-risk countries
• Oversee eKYC and digital onboarding controls and their effectiveness
• Monitor CDD/EDD effectiveness and identify gaps, weaknesses, and emerg
