Regulatory Compliance Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!

THE ROLE

There's no compliance framework to inherit here, you build it, from the ground up, while the bank is still being built alongside you. Every new product, every marketing campaign, every vendor contract passes through you before it goes live, and you're the one translating what the regulator expects into something the business can actually run on. It's rare to get to build compliance instead of maintain it, and rarer still to get to prove it works from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Play a key role in establishing and embedding the compliance framework for a digital bank
• Participate in system, policy, and process development
• Monitor regulatory requirements from the Central Bank of Egypt and other regulators, translating them into practical, scalable policies
• Review products, journeys, and processes to ensure compliance-by-design
• Assist with regulatory reporting, inspections, and audits
• Partner closely with product, tech, risk, and operations teams to enable innovation safely
• Contribute to building a strong compliance culture, not just rules on paper
• Provide regulatory guidance to ensure total alignment with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) directives
