ABOUT THE POSITION

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Prosperity Now and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the organization’s financial records and reporting. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance staff, and cross-functional teams, this hands-on role oversees the month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and compliance with applicable accounting standards, grant and contract requirements, and organizational policies.
