Shift Electrical Technician

The Electrical Technician assists with the electrical team's understanding of the production process and leads troubleshooting and repair of electrical, controls, and some mechanical aspects of production and facilities equipment on assigned shifts. This position provides technical support to Production team members, analyzes production data, and improves safety, uptime, quality, energy consumption, tool change cycle times, and other operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Works alongside the maintenance team - actively involved in various craft specialties.
- Diagnoses, delegates, instructs and carries out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Guarantees adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot/ repair ENI, HMI, PLC’s maintenanc
