We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams through quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quotes and customer requests in a fast-paced B2B environment.
This is a stable, growth-focused position with the opportunity to expand into account management or senior sales support over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
- Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
- Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.
- Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.<
