WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The AV Technician - Events serves as the primary technical expert responsible for the support, operation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise audiovisual (AV), unified communications, and event production technologies. This role provides advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex AV systems, collaboration platforms, and integrated technology environments while ensuring exceptional service delivery across conference rooms, executive briefing centers, training facilities, production studios, auditoriums, and hybrid meeting spaces.

The position plays a critical role in the planning and execution of executive events, live broadcasts, webinars, town hall
