WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Service Ops Manager to oversee and lead operations across our portfolio of Global Data Centers. This role is critical in ensuring consistent service delivery, driving continuous improvement, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple sites. The Service Ops Manager will be responsible for driving cross-functional meetings, assigning action items, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met to both EOS' and our clients' satisfaction. As the Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our data center services while maintaining sustainable and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
