Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support our client’s London office, acting as a key point of contact for employee technical support. Reporting to the Global IT Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations across devices, applications, and systems.
This role supports both local and global IT infrastructure, automation initiatives, and workplace technology, helping to deliver an exceptional end-user experience. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and a customer-focused mindset.
You will manage hardware provisioning, SaaS administration, and user lifecycle processes, while collaborating closely with global IT teams to ensure alignment with policies, workflows, and technology standards. This position plays a critical role in delivering a first-class IT experience that enables employees to work efficiently and securely.
