WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Site Supervisor – Optical Fiber Service Delivery is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and successful delivery of fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities across mission-critical and large-scale network infrastructure projects. The Site Supervisor provides operational, technical, and people leadership for all field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the senior on-site representative, the Site Supervisor manages field personnel, subcontractors, client relationships, site logistics, materials, productivity, and compliance while maintaining full accountability for
