Clinical Orthodontic Assistant
Company Description
At McCormick Orthodontics, we believe every day is an opportunity to create confident smiles—and that starts with the people on our team. We are a fast-paced, patient-centered orthodontic practice that combines advanced technology, proven clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to human connection.
Founded in 1975 by Dr. Joe McCormick and now led by his daughter Dr. Michaela McCormick, our practice has spent decades building trust with families through exceptional care, transparency, and compassion. While our history is rooted in tradition, our mindset is modern, energetic, and always evolving.
We operate with two core principles that guide both patient care and teamwork:
- Clear communication: We believe in laying everything on the table—open conversations, thorough explanations, and no surprises.
- Engagement and connection: Questions are encouraged. Collaboration is essential. The more we understand our patients and each other, the better we perform as a team.
Our environment is upbeat, supportive, and high-energy. Team members are expected to be adaptable, proactive, reliable, self-motivated, take ownership of their role and show up consistently with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. Adaptability, professionalism, and teamwork are essential as we work together to deliver exceptional care. We don’t just focus on teeth—we focus on people, growth, and creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered to succeed.
If you thrive in a dynamic setting, enjoy working closely with others, and take pride in making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives, McCormick Orthodontics may be the place for you.
