We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team and play a key role in helping our practices grow.
Job Description
About the Role
This is a growth-focused marketing position, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to helping EPIC4 practices grow and 20% focused on marketing the EPIC4 brand.
You will work closely with doctors, practice leaders, and our Operations team to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase new patient opportunities, consultations, starts, referrals, and overall practice production.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically but also enjoys getting into the details and making things happen. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact across a growing network of orthodontic and pediatric practices.
