Partner Marketing Lead
At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we've been doing just that for more than two decades, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that's both powerful and affordable.
We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).
Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.
We're searching for a Partner Marketing Lead to help establish partner marketing as a function at Epignosis, covering our full product portfolio. This is our first dedicated partner marketing hire, sitting within the Product Marketing team and reporting to the Product Marketing Lead. You'll work hand-in-hand with the VP of Partnerships and the wider partnerships team as their go-to marketer across the partner ecosystem. If you enjoy building programs from scratch, turning product stories into partner-ready assets, and driving co-marketing that moves revenue, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
As the Partner Marketing Lead, you will shape how Epignosis shows up to its partner ecosystem across TalentLMS, eFront, TalentCards, and TalentHR, and the story that connects them as a suite.
Set the partner marketing strategy: Translate company GTM priorities into partner-facing plans across the full partner lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, activation, and growth), differentiated by partner tier and type.
Build and evolve the partner enablement toolkit: Decide what partners need to sell effectively and produce it: co-brandable company deck, product decks, competitor battlecards, objection handling guides, proposal templates, and roadmap summaries. Set the bar for content quality and freshness across all partner-facing materials.
Position our products for the partner channel: Adapt product messaging, positioning, and proof points for partner audiences and their end-customers, so partners can pitch Epignosis with the same clarity and confidence as our direct sales team.
Drive partner communications and campaigns: Own partner newsletters, product release notes, and program updates. Plan and run a partner webinar cadence covering roadmap updates, product awareness, and GTM best practices.
Lead partner event marketing: Decide how partners show up alongside Epignosis at industry events, and equip them for it with co-branded collateral, messaging guidance, and joint-presence logistics. Turn MDF-funded event lead-gen reports into recommendations that sharpen future co-marketing investment.
Own partner brand and web presence: Own the partner landing page on the Epignosis website, shape the partner directory build, and set the partner brand guidelines and tier badges that define how partners represent Epignosis.
Turn partner success into growth assets: Identify the partner stories worth telling and produce case studies, testimonials, and joint success stories in collaboration with the product marketing team and the partnerships team.
Measure what matters and act on it: Track marketing asset usage, partner communications metrics, and campaign performance. Turn partner feedback and performance signals into a content roadmap that keeps getting sharper.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in SaaS, EdTech, or channel/partner marketing.
- A builder's mindset. You've stood up a function or a program before, or operated inside one small enough that you had to. You're comfortable with ambiguity and being the first person in the seat.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple end-to-end programs and campaigns simultaneously (webinars, email, content, and co-marketing) from idea to delivery with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can create assets, write content, and turn complex product stories into clear, compelling language.
- A genuine self-starter. You take initiative, own your work from idea to delivery, and set your own pace against quarterly goals. You’re equally comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, partnerships, product, and sales.
- A learning mindset. You'll need to become fluent in four products and a suite story quickly. That takes curiosity and effort.
We've built a workplace where people can do the best work of their careers. Here's how we support that:
- Competitive salary and bonuses. Strong base pay plus performance rewards at personal, team, and company levels.
- Stock options for everyone. Build software that empowers millions of learners worldwide, and own a piece of what you're creating. All team members can become shareholders, and these options have already changed lives.
- Your health is covered in more ways than one. Private health coverage for every team member, access to a nutritionist, and our in-house blood bank — all part of our health and wellness support.
- Comprehensive family support. We’re proud of our progressive family policy, one of the most generous in Greece.
- Daily meals and food allowance. Breakfast and catered lunch at our offices, plus a monthly meal allowance you control.
- Commute covered. OASA transport card or parking space near the office, whichever works for your commute.
- Hybrid work. Work from home and from our modern office in the heart of Athens.
- Learning budget for your growth. Coaching sessions, conferences, university degrees, creative pursuits — we fund it. Continuous learning is our mission and that includes you.
- Part of the Starttech Ventures ecosystem. Access to learning and collaboration across a portfolio of SaaS companies, with resources that support long-term growth.
