We’re at an exciting stage of building and scaling our online commerce business from 0→1, and we’re looking for an E-commerce Growth Specialist who wants to be part of that journey.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow our online presence across Malaysia and Singapore — from bringing more customers to our stores and creating high-impact campaigns, to generating qualified leads and ultimately converting them into sales.
What does success look like? You’ll help us build a repeatable e-commerce growth engine that consistently delivers stronger traffic, successful campaigns, qualified leads, higher conversion and growing GMV.
We’re looking for someone who is commercial, data-driven and hands-on — someone who enjoys building, experimenting and figuring out what works, rather than simply operating an established playbook.
What You’ll Do
Drive E-commerce Growth & GMV
- Own and drive e-commerce growth initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore, with accountability for traffic, leads, conversion, orders and GMV.
- Identify growth opportunities across products, customer segments, platforms and channels and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
