The role supports key initiatives across customer lifecycle management, engagement and retention programs, and strategic partner relationship management. It works cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, Product, Data, and external partners to support initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement for no-fee and Insiders credit cards. The successful candidate will gain exposure to customer lifecycle strategy, partnership management, data analysis, performance reporting, and cross-functional project coordination while contributing to customer and business outcomes.
