FX / IR Dealer

EQT is looking for an experienced FX/IR Dealer to join our FX and Interest Rate hedging team in Stockholm. In this role, you will take independent ownership of day-to-day foreign exchange and interest rate trading activity, while also driving meaningful improvements to the governance and structural frameworks that underpin how EQT manages financial risk. You will work at the intersection of hands-on dealing and strategic process development, making a tangible impact on how the organisation handles its hedging operations. About the Team

The FX and IR hedging team sits within EQT's Central Functions and is responsible for managing the firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposures across its global operations. The team works closely with internal stakeholders across finance, treasury, and investment functions, acting as a trusted centre of expertise for all matters related to currency and rate risk.
