Cover Supervisor Llanelli (£110 - £120 a day)

Equal Teaching is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and confident Cover Supervisors to support one of our partner secondary schools in Llanelli.

🧑‍🏫 What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising classes during teacher absence
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged
• Supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders
• Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

Requirements

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with children or young people (school, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
• Confidence managing a classroom
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A calm, professional and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
• Right to work in the UK and currently based here
