We’re hiring a Civil Superintendent at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. 

The Civil Superintendent is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing site development and construction activities including earthwork, excavation, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and paving preparation. This position will lead self-perform crews and subcontractors, coordinate project resources and schedules, perform survey and layout work, operate heavy equipment as needed, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
