The Claims Supervisor is responsible for Tesla rental vehicle claims, with potential expansion to trucks and vans. This role manages claims from incident to resolution, ensuring thorough investigation, accurate documentation, and efficient handling The Claims Supervisor will oversee team performance, scheduling, claim quality, and process improvements while collaborating with insurers, rental platforms, and internal fleet teams The position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader who can manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment
