We’re hiring a HRBP, Corporate at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. 

The Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate role is an exempt position reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate HR at the Columbia/HQ location. The position focuses on managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, providing performance management guidance, supporting organizational restructures and workforce planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee lifecycle. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, have at least five years of HR experience, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and Google Workspace skills.<
