We’re hiring a Inside Sales Specialist - Industrial Supplies at our rental facility in Odessa, TX, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This role will be responsible for providing front line Hassle-Free service to our customers through multiple service channels. Duties will include but are not limited answering inbound phone calls, corresponding with customers via e-mails and other customer ordering portals. Timely processing of quotations and estimates, providing status updates, tracking information, processing returns and resolving return and credit requests. From time-to-time you will also be asked to assist with warehousing and fulfilment duties as well.
