We’re hiring a Production Supervisor at our Corporate Headquarters in Moberly, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. 

The Production Supervisor owns shift-level execution of the production schedule for an assigned line or area. This role ensures safety, quality, and output targets are met daily and serves as the first point of escalation for line-level issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for assigned shift/line, ensuring schedule attainment and safe operation
• Lead and coach Team Leads, providing direction on staffing, work assignments, and daily priorities<
