About the role
As a GTM generalist, you’ll help Eragon find and serve the right customers. You’ll move between customer conversations, positioning, sales execution, and deployment lifecycles—helping translate a technical product into clear customer value.
What you’ll do
Talk with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and workflows.
Develop clear messaging, use cases, and materials that explain Eragon’s value.
Support sales from initial discovery through evaluation and close.
Run practical GTM experiments and learn from the results.
Build customer stories and feedback loops that inform both product and go-to-market strategy.
Identify promising partnership and ecosystem opportunities.
