Data Quality Business Analyst

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Data Quality Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across our business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define data quality standards, develop metrics, and implement processes that enhance data management practices.

Your responsibilities will include performing data analysis, identifying data quality issues, and recommending solutions to improve data governance. You will also work on data quality initiatives and may be involved in data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure adherence to organizational data quality standards.

• Consolidate guidelines, processes and parameters for conducting business analysis in order to follow a consistent approach in the process followed for collating data and carrying out analytics.
• Support in coordinating with Technology departments through periodic meetings to understand the specific business requirements related to business analytics.
• Coordinate with different internal departments to identify the most suitable data resources to ensure effective data collection and analysis based on the requirements.
