This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer and acceptance, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify talent. The position is fully remote; however, we prefer candidates who are in the Washington, DC, area to support in-person collaboration with teams located throughout the region. Experience recruiting cleared talent, particularly candidates supporting Department of Defense (DoD), federal government, or government contractors, is highly preferred.
