Our teams consist of SAP experts, Solution Managers, Project Managers and other IT specialists who maintain and continuously improve group-wide solutions supporting critical business processes. Our Finance Platform supports more than 50,000 users across all Erste entities. We work closely with business Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure reliable operations, effective delivery of changes and continuous improvement of our solutions.
What to do:
Facilitate Scrum events effectively: Ensure Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives have a clear purpose and lead to meaningful outcomes and actionable improvements.
Coach and develop the team: Foster self-management, shared ownership, cross-functionality and a continuous improvement mind
