Join a dynamic and motivated team responsible for developing, integrating and managing the ServiceNow platform across Erste Group. With more than 20,000 users, the platform is strategic to the Group and supports a broad range of enterprise capabilities. In this role, you will combine your ServiceNow expertise with risk-management know-how and become a key expert for implementing risk processes on the platform.

What to do:

• Own and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of risk-management processes in ServiceNow. 

• Become a recognised subject-matter expert for risk capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and/or Business Continuity Managem
