Previous experience in the coffee industry is required, but what really matters is your drive and curiosity. We want someone who’s passionate about problem-solving and eager to take on new challenges. Our team of service technicians are factory-certified pros with an average of over a decade in the field, you'll be in good company.
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment
- Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software
- Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes
