Associate/Senior Associate, Fund Management (Data Centre)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for supporting the existing fund activities within ESR’s Fund Management team. A key part of the role is to assist the Funds management and Finance areas of the business in decision making, via analysis to maximise the performance of its managed funds/ventures while minimising risk to ESR’ managed funds.
Fund Modelling & Reporting
- Build and maintain fund-level financial models: cash flows, IRR/MOIC, waterfall/distribution mechanics, and sensitivity analysis
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reporting packages, including performance summaries, valuation updates, and capital account statements
- Track fund-level KPIs and prepare materials for LP queries, board meetings, and investment committee updates
