Funds Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Funds Finance Manager to join our Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing finance professional to step into a hands-on leadership role supporting a portfolio of ESR-managed funds across both stabilised and development assets

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead financial management, reporting, compliance and fund accounting activities while partnering closely with Funds Management, Asset Management, Development and Corporate teams. We are looking for a second or third year Manager who can hit the ground running, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong foundation in financial reporting and stakeholder management. Experience within real estate, funds management or property funds is highly regarded, and exposure to Yardi will be advantageous.

Key responsibilities as a Funds Finance Manager:

• Lead fund financial reporting, month-end processes and compliance obligations across a portfolio of ESR-managed funds.
