Snr Manager/ Associate Director, Property Management, East China

As an Analyst in our Infrastructure team, you will provide critical support across the investment lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

1)    根据项目开发进度，编制前期物业管理服务方案和前期工作计划表；

2)    根据项目所在区域，筛选待选物业服务供方，并对待选的物业服务供方进行考察，递交考察报告，上报例会讨论；

3)    负责审核新项目物业基础设施配置状况（包括物业办公室布局、消监控、公用设施），并提出修改意见给工程技术部；

4)    根据物业招标文件，落实招标工作，提交评标报告，上报公司审批，同时按照公司审批意见，确认并签订物业供方服务合同；

5)    明确物业交接期以及交接工作内容，服务标准；

6)    检查所辖区域物
