Product Engineer II
Overview
Join Esri's Information Systems and Technology (IST) division and help shape the future of product operations and release readiness across the organization. As a Product Engineer II supporting business applications, you will serve as a product and platform steward for Esri's enterprise product operations platform, guiding its roadmap, governance, adoption, and continued evolution.
Your primary focus will be an Airtable-based platform that centralizes product business rules, release planning, operational change requirements, workflow management, task tracking, and readiness activities across multiple business units. You will combine platform expertise, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational outcomes, strengthen data and process consistency, and help teams successfully adopt new capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product and platform steward for the business application supporting product operations and organizational release readiness
- Partner with Product Owners and operational stakeholders to identify process needs, define desired outcomes, and prioritize platform improvements
