CRNA-$300(k) with 8 Weeks Off- CALL Position- Granbury, TX

We’re looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation is $300(k) for 44 weeks of service
• W2 Position with Full Benefits
• 8 Weeks Off
• Call- 1:7- 1st Call In House- Low Case Volume
• One Day Off Per Week When Taking In House Call
• Mix of 8's/10's and 12's
• Case types include bread and butter general surgery, ENT, Endo, Urology, Orthopedic and GYN split between the main OR and hospital-based ASC
• Daily staffing includes 7 CRNAs and 2 MD's
• OB/Blocks Required- willing to train
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided
• Sign On Bonus

• Board Certified
