Job Summary
We're looking for a Corporate Paralegal who wants to take ownership of critical legal work at a rapidly scaling company. You'll work closely with our Legal team and leaders across the business on corporate governance, financings and strategic transactions, Board matters, contracts, entity management, and other major company milestones.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You'll manage important legal processes and records, coordinate complex workstreams, and build systems that help Legal and the broader company move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
