Job Summary
At Etched, talent is our biggest advantage. We believe exceptional teams are the single biggest driver of outsized outcomes. As we scale, we’re looking for a Talent Operations Lead to operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and systems.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Talent and help build the operating infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling teams in technology. You’ll develop models and analytics that inform how we allocate recruiting resources, measure talent density, and make hiring decisions.
This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership. The best candidate will combine the analytical toolkit of a strong operator with development experience: someone equally comfortable analyzing a problem in SQL or Python, building an executive dashboard, and
