GTM Systems Manager

About The Role

NOTE: Priority will be given to candidates available to work on-site in New York City or Montreal, QC, Canada.

As GTM Systems Manager, you will own the architecture, integration, and optimization of our Sales and Marketing technology stack. This is a role at the intersection of systems design, marketing and revenue operations, and process implementation. You will be the primary owner of our core GTM tools, including HubSpot as our system of record, along with Gong, Clay, and adjacent tools.

You will own the systems roadmap and serve as a thought partner to Sales and Marketing leadership on how the platform foundation can drive efficiency and revenue outcomes. You will design the workflows and automation that scale with us, and ruthlessly prioritize the work that moves the business forward.
