Join Etihad Airways as Markets Manager, Sub-Saharan Africa & Indian Ocean, where you will lead a team of Revenue Management specialists responsible for driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of markets including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, DRC, Eritrea, Seychelles, Zanzibar and the Maldives. Managing a cross-functional team covering Pricing, Demand and Flight Management, you will ensure market strategies are effectively executed, performance targets are achieved, and opportunities to improve revenue outcomes are identified and acted upon. Accountabilities:

• Own the revenue performance of the Sub-Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean portfolio, ensuring market objectives are delivered across pricing, demand forecasting, inventory and flight performance.
• Lead and develop a team of managers across Pricing, Demand, Flight Management and Analytics, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure market and point-of-sale strategies are effectively executed, monitoring performance and taking corrective action where required to achieve revenue targets.
