Recruitment Officer- 6 Month Contract
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers across the organization to identify and attract top talent while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct in-person assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit
- Administer virtual assessments to screen and evaluate candidates across multiple stages of the recruitment process
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
