Position Overview
We are seeking for an experienced professional to join our Funds Services Department as a Transfer Agent.
As a Transfer Agent, you would serve as the key link between the fund and its investors, ensuring that all investor onboardingand transactions are processed smoothly and that communication with shareholders is accurate, timely, and compliant. You would safeguard the integrity of investor records, support audits, and deliver high‑quality service that meets both regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with the client and investor on boarding and account maintenance.
- Following up with investors on missing documentation, incomplete forms
- Perform the day-to-day Transfer Agency activities.
